Office is now Operations Center
Thank you to all of our customers for your continued feedback, patience, and teamwork as we have adjusted our practices during these unprecedented times.
We have converted our office into an Operations Center and our excited and cohesive team of talented people are working very hard to improve our system with some much needed changes. Payments can all be made remotely, and customer communication can be sent to frontoffice@bittercreekwatersupply.com.
Beginning April 7, 2021, all calls will be answered by a live representative. This long-awaited request will improve communication and help us make this a wonderful year for our customer experience. We will keep you posted, and thank you all for working with our automated system as we get this service in place.
