We Listened to You: New Bills This Month!

In response to overwhelming feedback from the community, we have changed our bill cards to full-page statements in standard envelopes. This will drastically reduce delays from bill cards getting lost or misdirected, and we are excited to start 2021 with this great new service.

The first round of processing included an initial setup delay, and some statements may be received as late as January 09, 2021. Rest assured this was only to get us going for the first mailing, and future statements will be mailed on or around the 23rd of each month.
