Customer Fee for Meter Verification

Starting Jan 1, 2021, BCWS will charge a $75 call out fee for any afterhours customer request to have a staff come out to verify a meter and/or a leak. If the issue is the responsibility of BCWS the fee will be waived. If the issue if the responsibility of the customer, the fee will be charged to the account and billed on the next cycle.
